Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026. This page explains what NGx Classes Bathinda collects when you use ngxbathinda.com, why, and what control you have over it.
NGx Classes Bathinda (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ngxbathinda.com. This policy explains how we handle your personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
1. Personal data we collect
- Details you give us — your name, email, and phone number when you sign in, submit an enquiry, or fill in your student profile; and your answers and score when you attempt a practice test.
- Usage data collected automatically — pages, videos, and study materials you interact with, links you click, your approximate location and device type, and how you arrived at our site. We collect this using our own first-party cookies only.
2. Why we collect it
- To create and operate your account, and to grade and save your test attempts.
- To respond to enquiries and follow up about the courses you’re interested in.
- To understand demand for our courses and improve this website.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
3. Cookies
We use only our own first-party cookies — never a third-party advertising or tracking cookie (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar). Because of this, a cookie consent banner is not required for this site under Indian law at present. If that changes, we will add one before it does.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who host this website and store its data (cloud hosting, database, and file storage) and with Google, solely to authenticate your sign-in. These providers may not use your data for their own purposes.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and delete it after that.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate data (you can also do this from your student profile).
- Withdraw your consent, or ask us to erase your account and data, at any time.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us (Section 8), and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Children’s data
Our courses are aimed at adult exam aspirants, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
